Ingredients 6-7 cups emmer wheat 4 cups boiling water 1 tsp salt 2 tsp fresh yeast 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp molasses Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Place emmer wheat in a large mixing bowl and add boiling water. Let cool until lukewarm. 3. Dissolve the salt, yeast, sugar, and molasses in a small bowl. Pour over the cooled wheat mixture and stir to combine. 4. Beat the mixture with a wooden spoon for 2 minutes until it forms a dough-like consistency. 5. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan with butter. 6. Place the dough into the pan, pressing it evenly into the pan. 7. Cover the top of the dough with a lid or aluminum foil. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes. 8.
