Tasting Notes: A bright straw yellow color with light greenish reflections. On the nose it outlines the varietal characteristics of the grape on the fruit and on the flower: lime, cedar, green apple, hawthorn, jasmine and chamomile, with touches of aromatic herbs and light mineral puffs. In the mouth it is tight, fresh, savory, with a great balance between fruit and traits of severity. Very good with trofie with pesto, as with the carpaccio of mullet with herbs, or with the cream of spinach, topped with feta and walnuts.
